This is almost monochrome by nature, so I decided to focus on the patterns.

For those of you who are curious about photo processing, I put together this little gallery. The first picture is the camera jpg, The second one shows RAW Therapee, an open source RAW converter that’s available for various operating systems. I’ve just begun to use it, so I am still somewhat bewildered by all the options. I have yet a lot to learn… A RAW converter is used to manipulate RAW data (if your camera provides those) before converting them into jpgs. You can especially adjust exposure, colours and correct lens distortions.
The last picture shows Gimp, an open source photo processing program, which I have been using for years now. I wish I could compile the latest version…
